      Accident Fund - Find direct appointment information

      What you need

      For Accident Fund to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you need to upload the following to the Broker Configuration (Settings > Broker Configuration):

      • Agency Code: This is a alphanumeric code that identifies your agency. It is two alphabets followed by 2 to 5 digits. Eg: AF12345

       

      Where to find it

      Agency Code:

      • Login to your Accident Fund Agent Portal
      • On the Home Page you should see the Agency Code in the middle of the page. Example screenshot below:
