Learn how to send a risk to Additional Markets when platform options aren’t the right fit.
When to Use This Feature
If the platform markets have declined a quote or are not a good match for your risk, the Flow to Additional Markets tool allows you to forward your application to additional markets that have been pre-configured by your network or wholesaler.
This is particularly useful when quoting with non-admitted markets or expanding your placement options beyond Coverforce's built-in partners.
- Accessing the Feature
Once you have reached the Quotes screen in an application, you will see the option to Message Additional Markets as a button along the top.
Clicking this button will open a step-by-step workflow - Select Markets
You’ll see a list of Additional Markets available to you, based on what’s been set up at the network level.- Click on a market tile to view and select associated underwriters.
- You can select one or multiple underwriters per market.
- If allowed, you can also add a custom underwriter by entering a Name and Email, then clicking Save.
- Selected underwriters will appear below the grid for review.
- Add Documents
Attach the required files to support your application:-
ACORD Forms: Select from common forms like ACORD 125, 126, 130, 140, 160, 162, or 180.

Document Center Files: If you’ve previously uploaded documents to the platform, you can select them from here.

Upload New Files: Drag-and-drop files or click to upload from your device.
- Attached files will appear in a list at the bottom of the page.

- Review Message & Send
- On the final screen:

Review the underwriter list and attached documents.

A prefilled message will be generated, summarizing the application.

You can add additional comments or instructions if needed.

Click Send Application to email the selected underwriters.
You’ll receive a confirmation once the message has been sent successfully.

Tips for Success
- Double-check that each underwriter’s policy type and state align with your risk.
- Use clear document names to avoid confusion.
- If you don't see a market or underwriter you need, contact your network admin to update the setup.
