Effortlessly link your portal to AmTrust in two-steps
To ensure that AmTrust associates your submission with you, you must provide the following details in the Broker Configuration section (Settings > Broker Configuration)
Step 1
Requirements
To ensure that AmTrust associates a submission with you, it is necessary to input the following details into the Broker Configuration (Settings > Broker Configuration):
- Agent Email
- AmTrust Online Username
- AmTrust Online Password
AmTrust uniquely identifies you based on your AmTrust Online Login Username & Password, rather than an AmTrust numerical ID or Producer Code.
Locating this information
- Username & Password - These are the credentials used to log in to AmTrust Online: https://online.amtrustgroup.com/ANANexus/
- Agent Email - This is the email linked to the Agent selected in the Agent Contact dropdown, essential for identifying the agentContactID connected to the producer. The agentContactID is crucial for pinpointing the agent responsible for generating the quote within the Agency.
When starting a quote in AmTrust, it is necessary to choose the Agent Contact from the Contact Information section. This selection aligns with the email linked to your Agent Contact in the dropdown menu.
If you are unsure about your email, don't worry. We can retrieve all agent emails registered to an Agency as long as we have the Username/Password for the agency.
Step 2
As an appointed agent of an insurance company, your agency is given Broker Credentials (Broker IDs) to help insurers identify that a customer belongs to your agency. CoverForce allows you to input multiple Broker IDs for your Master NETWORK or specific AGENCY.
Setting up Network Master Codes:
Navigate to your network portal, find the dropdown in the top menu bar, and select "Broker Configuration".
Choose Amtrust from the carrier list and proceed by clicking on the "Add Broker ID" button.
Complete all required fields in the popup window and be sure to save the changes before closing.
Use the label field to quickly associate the code to producers, specialized programs and other identifiers for your agency
On the Submission form, an agent can select which Broker ID they want to use for the Quote & Bind.
