Approving Agent Registration Requests – Admin Guide

Learn how to review and approve agency registration requests submitted via your portal’s registration link.

Overview

Each portal includes a unique registration link where agents can request access by submitting their agency information. Once submitted, the registration request will appear in your Network Admin portal for review.

This process ensures that only verified agencies and users are granted access to the platform.


Accessing Registration Requests

To view incoming registration requests:

  • Navigate to Agency Settings under Network Settings in the admin navigation bar.

  • Any requests submitted through your portal’s registration link will appear here.

  • Agencies awaiting review will display a Status of Pending.


Reviewing a Request

To review the details of a pending request:

  • Locate the agency in the list with the Pending status.

  • Click into the agency record to review the agency’s name, contact information, and any other submitted data to ensure accuracy before proceeding.


Approving or Denying a Request

From the same Actions menu, you can:

  • Approve the request to grant access

  • Deny the request to reject access

If you choose to approve, you will be prompted to assign a Relationship Manager before the request can be finalized.


Assigning a Relationship Manager

This field is required for approval and represents the primary point of contact responsible for managing the agency relationship.

Common titles for this role include:

  • Agency Growth Coach

  • Business Development Representative

  • Account Executive

Enter the appropriate individual’s information before clicking Approve.


Post-Approval Notification

Once approved:

  • The agent who submitted the request will receive an automated confirmation email.

  • This email includes next steps and login details for accessing the portal.


Tips for Success

  • Always verify agency details before approval.

  • Confirm that the Relationship Manager you assign is correct and active.

  • If an agency should not be granted access, use the Deny option to prevent unintended approvals.
