BerkelyNet - Find direct appointment information

IMPORTANT: BerkleyNet requires approval before your broker code can be activated. See below for how to submit your information.

What you need

To get set up with BerkleyNet on CoverForce, you will need to provide the following information:

• Producer Code: A 7-digit numeric code assigned to your agency by BerkleyNet. Eg: 1234567.
• Agency Email: The email address used to register and log into your BerkleyNet account.

Note:

• Once your information is submitted, CoverForce will manage the approval process with BerkleyNet on your behalf. We'll take care of loading your broker code into the platform once everything has been confirmed with the carrier.

How to submit your information

You have two options:

1. Submit via the platform — In the CoverForce Agent Portal, click the link for BerkleyNet under Settings > Broker Configuration to access the Broker Code Approval Form and submit your information directly.
2. Email us — Send your Producer Code and Agency Email to support@coverforce.com.

Where to find your information

• Producer Code:
  • This 7-digit code was assigned to your agency by BerkleyNet at the time of your appointment.
  • If you are unsure of your Producer Code, please contact your BerkleyNet representative directly.
• Agency Email:
  • This is the email address you use to log into your BerkleyNet account.
  • If you are unsure which email is on file, please contact your BerkleyNet representative or check your original registration confirmation.
