How to bridge your applications over to a carrier portal
Most carriers on the platform do have ability to bridge directly to their platform. an agent may choose to do this if they need to add a specialty endorsement, wish to request credits or attach significant documents to the application.
This can be achieved by selecting the "Bridge to Carrier Portal' option under 'Bind Options'.
From there, the agent will be taken to the appropriate carrier's login page, bringing the application data with them.
Remember to use the credentials associated with the chosen Broker ID for the quote, otherwise the quote may not correctly bridge over, and will need to be fixed.
In addition, upon a successful bridge it can sometimes take up to 5 minutes for the quote data to also come over. In this case, refresh your page intermittently until the quote appears. If it does not, contact the carrier separately.
