What you need
For Chubb to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you need to upload the following to the Broker Configuration (Settings > Broker Configuration):
- Contract Number (aka Producer Code or PAS Code): This is a 6-digit alpha-numeric code (eg: 25214C, Z02364).
Note: Chubb requires the ContractNumber to quote with the API. In case the Agency does not know their ContractNumber they can provide us with the Legacy Chubb Code and we can ask Chubb to provide the ContractNumber
- One agency can have multiple ContractNumbers assigned to it for various appointments

- If an Agency does not have access to Chubb marketplace then they first need to get access to that before they can use Digital API quoting.
You can also provide us with your Legacy Chubb Code: This is a 12-digit code assigned to an Agency. It is of the format XXXXXX-XXXXXX.
