CNA - How to Add your Broker Code
IMPORTANT:
Complete and submit the CNA Broker Code Approval Form
What you'll need:
For CNA to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you'll need to gather the following information:
- Contract Number: This is a 6 digit code given to an agency by CNA. Eg: 018297
- Branch Code: This is a 3 digit code given to an agency by CNA. Eg: 010
- Licensed Agent Name: This is the name (first and last) of the agent that holds the license for this code
- Note sure where to find this info? Scroll to the bottom of this page for instructions on navigating your CNA Central portal.
What happens next:
Once you have the details above and have submitted the form at the top of this page, CoverForce submits your information to the carrier and works with them to activate your broker code. You'll be able to quote with them through CoverForce once they confirm activation.
How to submit your information:

- Either search for or scroll through the carrier list and select the carrier you’d like to set up

Note:
- The BranchCode and ContractNumber together form a broker configuration for CNA. Eg: 010-018297.
- An Agency can have multiple BranchCode-ContractNumbers combinations assigned by CNA for different appointments.
- CNA requires enabling the BranchCode-ContractNumber combination to be used for Digital API quoting. Hence you need to reach out to CoverForce to get it enabled before using it on the platform
Where to find it
- The agent can reach out to their field representative for the BranchCode-ContractNumber combination.
- They can also find it on CNA Central:
- Login at : https://www.cnacentral.com/
- On the Left Side Bar go to : My Profile > View Profile
- The codes should be listed on this page. If the Agency has multiple codes they all will be listed here.
- The Branch Column is the BranchCode and the Code column is the ContractNumber (see the screenshot below).
