To start a Quote Submission, you need to set up a customer account, with basic information. There are 2 ways this can be accomplished
- Click the Accounts icon in the header navigation, and then click the New Accounts button
- While only Account Name is mandatory, if you have the remaining contact information available, this information will also pre-fill onto your submissions
- Address is sync'd up with Google Maps, suggestions will appear, however agents can still manually enter in an address if they so choose.
Agents also have the option to Bulk Upload accounts
- Export your Commercial Accounts from your AMS or CRM platform to an Excel or CSV file
- Send this list to support@coverforce.com or your Customer Success Representative.
The accounts will be available for quoting within 24-48 hours, with received data being deleted after completion for data compliance.
