Document Center Video Walkthrough
The Document Center is a tool available to all agents from the Quote screen. You will see the option to click into the Document Center in the bottom left corner, as seen in the screenshot below.
The Document Center serves as a centralized repository for storing customer-related attachments, including policy documents, ACORD forms, additional underwriting information, and more. Please note that the Document Center is designed solely as a data storage solution and does not facilitate the external transmission of policy documents. It is an ideal tool for sharing customer-related documents with other agents within your organization.
** AmTrust will send Policy Documents back to the Document Center 24-48 hours after a policy has been bound through the platform. We will continue to work with our carriers to expand the list of those that send policy documents back to CoverForce.**
