The **Document Center** is a tool available to all agents from the Quote screen. You will see the option to click into the **Document Center** in the bottom left corner, as seen in the screenshot below.

The **Document Center** serves as a centralized repository for storing customer-related attachments, including policy documents, ACORD forms, additional underwriting information, and more. Please note that the **Document Center** is designed solely as a data storage solution and does not facilitate the external transmission of policy documents. It is an ideal tool for sharing customer-related documents with other agents within your organization.

\*\* *AmTrust will send Policy Documents back to the Document Center 24-48 hours after a policy has been bound through the platform. We will continue to work with our carriers to expand the list of those that send policy documents back to CoverForce.\*\**
