What you need
For Employers to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you need to upload the following to the Broker Configuration (Settings > Broker Configuration):
- Agent Email: Required by employers to identify the agent within the agency generating the quote.
- Agency Code: This is a 7-digit code assigned by Employers to the Agency. Eg: 0003364.
Note:
- An Agency can have multiple agency codes for different appointments
- Employers requires enabling the Agency Code to be used for Digital API quoting. Hence you need to reach out to CoverForce to get it enabled before using it on the platform
Where to find it
- Agent Email: This is the email the agent uses to login to the Employer’s Agent Portal (https://eaccess.employers.com/)
- Agency Code:
- Go to the Employers Agent Portal and click 'Get A Quote'
- On the first page of the application, there should be a question “What Agency should be associated with this quote?”
- This question will have a dropdown to choose from. The dropdown has the list of AgencyCodes. There should be one code per Agency the agent belongs to.
