Accessing the Feature
To set up this feature, navigate to ⚙️ Network Settings in the Admin Portal and select Additional Markets. -
Managing Additional Markets and Underwriters
From the Additional Markets screen, you can add, remove, or modify:-
Additional Markets

Underwriters associated with those markets

Adding an Additional Market
Click the Add Additional Market button. In the setup screen, enter the following:-
Company Name

Policy Type (e.g., BOP, GL, Cyber)

Website URL (optional)

Logo – this will be displayed as a tile to help agents quickly identify the market when submitting a risk

Adding Underwriter Details
Next, add the Primary Underwriter details. You can include multiple underwriters per market. For each underwriter, you can define:-

Applicable States
This allows you to assign specific underwriters by state and policy type, giving agents clear guidance on where to route a risk when it needs to be sent to a market outside the platform.

Adding Additional Underwriters
To add more underwriters, either:-
Click the Actions button next to a specific market and select Edit, or

Navigate to the Underwriters tab and click Add Underwriters
Fill out the required fields and select which Additional Market the underwriter should be associated with.

Editing or Deleting Markets and Underwriters
To edit or remove an existing underwriter or market, click the Actions button in the respective row and select the appropriate option. This is helpful if a market or underwriter is no longer valid or should no longer be shown to agents. -
Allowing Agents to Add Custom Underwriters
If you want agents to have the flexibility to input their own underwriter information, you can enable this option under Agent Permissions.-
Go to ⚙️ Network Settings > Agent Permissions

Toggle on/off "Allow Agents to Add Custom Underwriters in Additional Markets"
