Great American - Find direct appointment information

What you need

For Great American to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you need to upload the following to the Broker Configuration (Settings > Broker Configuration):

• Producer Code - This is the unique number provided by Great American to an agency for identification. This is a 6-digit code. Eg: 648997

Where to find this

Currently, in order to quote Great American insurance products digitally you need to obtain a new Producer Code. This code will be exclusively used for digital quoting and will be separate from your existing Producer Code. In order to obtain the new Producer Code follow these instructions:

• You can either reach out to us (using support@coverforce.com) or Josh Robinson (jlrobinson@gaig.com) at Great American. Include the following details:
  • Agency Name
  • Agency Address
  • Existing Producer Code (Optional)
• Once you have obtained the new Producer Code you can reach out to us (support@coverforce.com) to add it to your agency.
