Hiscox - Find direct appointment information

What you need

For Hiscox to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you need to upload the following to the Broker Configuration (Settings > Broker Configuration):

• Producer Client Id - This is a unique ID provided by Hiscox to an agency for identification. Eg: AgencyNameAPI
• Agent Name - Name of the agent appointed in the agency
• Agent Email - Email of the agent appointed in the agency
• Agent Phone - Phone of the agent appointed in the agency

Note:

• Hiscox requires creating and enabling the Producer Client Id to be used for Digital API quoting. Hence you need to reach out to CoverForce to get it created/enabled before using it on the platform

Where to find it

Producer Client Id:

• Hiscox will generate a new Producer Client Id to be used on the CoverForce platform. For that we will need the following details:
  • Agency Name
  • Agency Address
  • Agency Website
  • Primary Agent Email
