      How to Add Your Broker Codes

      How to add your broker codes video walkthrough:

       

       

      1. To add in your broker codes, you will want to navigate to Broker Configuration under the 'Settings' tab in the navigation bar.


      2. Along the left hand side, you will see all the different insurance carrier options. For the carriers that you are directly appointed with, you will want to click Add Broker ID to set up your direct broker code.

      3. The requirements to successfully set up your Broker IDs will vary across carriers. The Broker IDs can include Agent Info (email, name), NIPR number, Broker ID number, or Insurer Log In Credentials (User Name, Password).

      Please make sure that the contact information provided is connected to your profile with the insurance company. For information on where to find the requested information, please 'click' on the provided link at the top of the box as shown in the picture above. This link will take you to the corresponding article in the CoverForce Help Center which will walk you through exactly where to get the necessary information.

      *Please note that for some carriers there will be an additional step requiring you to email the information to the CoverForce support team (highlighted in yellow as shown in above screenshot).*
