Setup Your Accounts

This article walks you through how to load your accounts into the CoverForce platform.

How to load accounts video:

The below steps will walk you through how to load accounts on a 1 by 1 basis. If you would like to load accounts in bulk, please send a list of accounts to the CoverForce Customer Success team at support@coverforce.com. Your account list will be loaded and appear in the platform within 24-48 hours.

1. To load accounts into the CoverForce platform to start Quoting, you have a couple of different options. You can select By Accounts in the 'Accounts' section in the navigation bar. You can also select the Setup your accounts. option on the right hand side under 'Getting Started'.
   
2. Once you are in the Accounts page, you will simply click the button in the upper right hand side of the screen.
   
3. This will pull up the Add New Account screen as seen below. You will notice the only required field is 'Account Name'. The additional fields are there are options if you are wanting to include additional detail for each account. The Address section is integrated with Google Addresses, ensuring that you can easily verify the accuracy of the address you enter. This integration helps reduce the risk of incorrect address entries by providing real-time address validation. Once complete, click the 'Add Account' button at the bottom of the window.
