Product Feature Spotlight: ACORD Forms Upgrades

Our latest ACORD Form improvements take both the class codes and the answers you gave within the underwriting questions and automatically populate that information directly into the ACORD form. This improvement cuts down on manual data entry — what used to take several manual edits now just needs a quick review.

Please note, a few manual edits are still needed for now, but we're closing that gap with every release. Coming next: auto-filled mailing address and date fields.

How to use it: Download your ACORD form like you normally would. The pre-filled info will automatically populate, so just give it a quick review before sending it off to the carrier.

Tips & Tricks: Save Time with Application Cloning

Want to quickly remarket, renew, or quote another policy type for the same business? Don't start from scratch. Cloning an existing application copies over the details you need so you can tweak the rest in seconds.

  1. Go to Applications — Open the Applications tab from your main navigation.
  2. Find the application you want to clone — Use search or the filters to locate it in your Applications list.
  3. Scroll to the far right — Find the three-dot menu at the end of that application's row.
  4. Click the three dots and select "Clone Application" — This opens a copy of the application, ready for your edits.
  5. Confirm policy type and carrier appetite, then clone — Double-check those details are correct, then click Clone to finish.

Pro tip: Cloning is great for renewals, remarkets, and multi-line quoting. Just double-check policy type, effective dates, and class codes to ensure accuracy of the cloned application.

One agency led the pack in June with nearly $1 million in bound premium through the platform.

Single Highest Bound Quote: $695,204
One Workers' Comp policy alone bound for $695,204 this month — proof of what a connected, multi-carrier platform can do.

June was another strong month for the platform, from record bound premiums to the biggest single quote yet.
