Liberty Mutual - Find direct appointment information

What you need

For Liberty Mutual to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you need to upload the following to the Broker Configuration (Settings > Broker Configuration):

• National Producer Number (NPN) - Also known as National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) Number, this is typically five or six digits Eg: 50540, 321653
• Agency Code - This is the unique number provided by Liberty Mutual to an agency for identification. It can be found in the Liberty Mutual portal. Eg: 4689905
• Agent Name - The name of the Agent associated with the NPN number provided 
• Agent Email - The email of the Agent associate with the NPN number provided

• National Producer Number - This can be found using the NPN lookup tool: https://nipr.com/help/look-up-your-npn
• Agency Code - Go to the Liberty Mutual eCliq Portal via the Main Liberty Mutual Agent Portal
  1. Login to your Liberty Mutual Portal using https://agent.libertymutual.com/start 
  2. On the top right click the second from the right button that starts with "Hi ..."
  3. This will open a dropdown that contains the Agency Code
     1. The Agency Code should be at the top of the dropdown
