Feature Spotlight: Send to Additional Markets
Need more options for a tricky risk? Send to Additional Markets lets you push an application out to carriers not on the CoverForce platform, directly from within your application.
Use it to send a submission to a carrier you work with off-platform, or route it to a specific underwriter inbox you already have a relationship with. Either way, the application leaves CoverForce already structured and ready to quote.
How to use it:
From within any application's quote tab, look for the "Send to Additional Markets" option. Select a carrier from the suggested list, or add a custom email address to send it to a preferred underwriter of your choosing.

Tips & Tricks: Broker Code Setup Audit Checklist
Getting the most out of CoverForce starts with making sure your broker codes are properly configured. Run through this quick self-audit — it could unlock carriers and quoting opportunities you didn't know you were missing.
1. Check Direct Appointments: Are all the carriers you're directly appointed with enabled in the platform? If an appointment isn't showing up, it may just need to be activated.
2. Review Network & Wholesaler Codes: If you access carriers through a network or wholesaler, make sure those codes are active and linked correctly. This is one of the most common setup gaps.
3. Verify Lines of Business: Confirm your broker codes cover the lines you quote most: WC, BOP, GL, and beyond. You can add multiple codes per carrier to cover all your quoting needs.
4. Stay Current: Codes change. Review your setup every quarter so a stale code never blocks a quote.
