      Merchants - Find direct appointment information

      What you need

      For Merchants to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you need to upload the following to the Broker Configuration (Settings > Broker Configuration):

      • Agent Number: This is a 5-digit numeric code assigned by Merchants to the Agency. Eg: 00115.

       

      Where to find it

      Agent Number:

      • Login to your Merchants Agent Portal
      • Click on "Enter Commercial Gateway" on the home screen

      • On the Commercial Gateway page the 5-digit Agent Number should be present on the top left of the page. Example screenshot below:
