Bulk upload customer account data from your AMS360 or EPIC

To start quoting, you need to Create an Account for an Insured. We can do a Bulk Account Upload using the data from your AMS360, EPIC, or other AMS. Simply follow the below instructions:

 

Vertafore AMS360

  • Vertafore AMS360 Instructions (Link):
  • On the 360Toolbox menu, click Classic Reports to open Reports - All where you can make your selection.
  • Click Customer List to open the Report - Customer List selection form.
  • In the Quote+Bind Terminal go to Help > Submit a Request. Here you can upload the Excel/CSV file with the Subject: Upload AMS Data with your agency name.

 

Applied EPIC

  • Applied EPIC Instructions (Link):
  • On the left sidebar of the Home screen, select Reports/Marketing – make sure you are in My Reports
  • Click Client List. Select Delivery Options on the left sidebar, then select Actions > Generate Report on the header bar
  • In the Quote+Bind Terminal go to Help > Submit a Request. Here you can upload the Excel/CSV file with the Subject: Upload AMS Data with your agency name.
