What you need
For Nationwide to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you need to upload the following to the Broker Configuration (Settings > Broker Configuration):
- Agency Code - This is the unique number provided by Nationwide to an agency for identification. This is a 5-digit code. Eg: 29951
Where to find this
You can find the Agency Code in the Nationwide Agent Center. The Agency Code is usually displayed on the top-right next to the Agent's name and userID. It is a 5-digit code.
Below is an example screenshot of the Nationwide Agent Center. Highlighted in red (top-right corner) is the Agency Code for the logged in user.
