Nationwide E&S - Find direct appointment information

IMPORTANT: Nationwide E&S requires approval before your broker code can be activated. See below for how to submit your information.

What you need

To get set up with Nationwide E&S on CoverForce, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Agency Code: A 5-digit numeric code assigned to your agency by Nationwide E&S. Eg: 12345.

Note:

  • Once your information is submitted, CoverForce will manage the approval process with Nationwide E&S on your behalf. We'll take care of loading your broker code into the platform once everything has been confirmed with the carrier.

How to submit your information

You have two options:

  1. Submit via the platform — In the CoverForce Agent Portal, click the link for Nationwide E&S under Settings > Broker Configuration to access the Broker Code Approval Form and submit your information directly.
  2. Email us — Send your Agency Code to support@coverforce.com.

Where to find your information

  • Agency Code:
    • This 5-digit code was assigned to your agency by Nationwide E&S at the time of your appointment.
    • If you are unsure of your Agency Code, please contact your Nationwide E&S representative directly.
