IAT - Find Direct Appointment Information

IMPORTANT: IAT requires approval before your broker code can be activated. CoverForce will contact IAT directly on your behalf to obtain the necessary API credentials. See below for how to submit your information.

What you need

To get set up with IAT on CoverForce, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Agent ID: A 4-digit numeric code assigned to your agency by IAT.
  • Agent Email: The email address associated with your IAT agency account.
  • Producer Email: The email of the CSR/producer. Used for SSO when bridging to IAT and required to perform bridge policy actions.

Note:

  • Once your information is submitted, CoverForce will reach out to IAT directly to obtain your agency-specific API credentials. You do not need to contact IAT yourself — we'll handle the full setup and load your broker code into the platform once credentials have been received.

How to submit your information

You have two options:

  1. Submit via the platform — In the CoverForce Agent Portal, click the link for IAT under Settings > Broker Configuration to access the Broker Code Approval Form and submit your information directly.
  2. Email us — Send your Agent ID, Agent Email, and Producer Email to support@coverforce.com.

Where to find your information

  • Agent ID:
    • This 4-digit code was assigned to your agency by IAT at the time of your appointment.
    • If you are unsure of your Agent ID, please contact your IAT representative directly.
  • Agent Email:
    • This is the email address associated with your IAT agency account.
    • If you are unsure which email to use, please contact your IAT representative or reach out to support@coverforce.com for assistance.
  • Producer Email:
    • The email of the CSR/producer. Used for SSO when bridging to IAT and required to perform bridge policy actions.
