Pie Insurance - How to Add your Broker Code

Use this guide to gather your appointment details and submit your broker code request so we can enable this carrier for digital quoting in CoverForce.

⛔ Please Note: CoverForce does not initiate or facilitate carrier appointment requests. You must already hold an active appointment with this carrier before completing the steps below.

Information You Will Need
Come prepared with the information below. Pie uses these details to recognize that a submission belongs to you, and having them on hand makes enabling your broker code and appointment for digital quoting quick and accurate.

  • Email: Email address of the person completing and submitting the form.
  • Agency Name: The agency the appointment holder is associated with.
  • Agent Email: Email address the agent uses to log in to their Pie Insurance account.
  • Agency Code: The unique code assigned to your agency by Pie Insurance. It is usually a letter followed by a series of numbers (example: A22341).

How to find your Agency Code:

  1. Log in to the 🔗 Pie Insurance Agent Portal.
  2. Look at the top of the page next to your agency name. The Agency Code appears there in brackets.
  3. If you do not see it, click User Management in the left navigation bar. The Agency Code appears at the top next to your agency name.

    1. Hover over the settings gear on the top navigation bar.
    2. Click on "Broker Configuration".
    3. Scroll through the carrier list and select the carrier you’d like to set up.
    4. Click "Add Broker ID" on the right side of the screen.
    5. Click the "Broker Code Approval Form" link.
    6. Complete and submit the Pie Insurance Broker Code Approval Form.

    1. Hover over the settings gear on the left navigation bar.
    2. Click “Broker Appointments”.
    3. Search for or scroll through the carrier you’d like to set up.
    4. Click “Add Broker ID” on the right side of the screen.
    5. Look for the Enable Digital Quoting box (blue-green).
    6. Click the “Broker Code Approval Form” link inside that box.
    7. Complete and submit the Pie Insurance Broker Code Approval Form.
