      Reports Tool Overview

      This article briefly describes how to navigate to and use the reports tool

      Your agent portal comes equipped with a robust reporting tool. To use this helpful tool, you will want to navigate to Reports Center under 'Tools' in the navigation bar, as seen in the below screenshot.

      Once here, you will notice that there are two options; Add Scheduled Report and Generate Report.

      - Add Schedule Report - This option gives you the ability to schedule reports that you can set up to receive on a regularly scheduled cadence. 

      - Generate Report - This option allows you to generate a one-off report.
