      Setting Default Broker Codes

      The CoverForce platform allows you to set default broker codes for each carrier. These defaults will be displayed when you reach the Broker Codes section of the application workflow. By configuring your default broker codes in advance, you can streamline the process, as you will not need to manually select the correct broker code for each carrier. This feature saves you time, particularly when you already know the broker code under which you will be writing.

      To set your defaults, navigate to the Broker ID Setup section under 'Settings'. You will find the list of available broker IDs under each one of the carrier options. The Broker ID's available will include your direct appointments as well as any network codes that have been provided to you (if applicable). To set a default, select the "Set as default" option which you will find by clicking the button in the "ACTIONS" column as seen below.
