Travelers - Find direct appointment information

What you need

For Travelers to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you need to upload the following to the Broker Configuration (Settings > Broker Configuration):

• Travelers Producer Code - Travelers gives this six-digit code to each agency. Eg: 0XL023

Note: This is the same Producer Code(s) you currently use for quoting Small Business insurance via the Travelers Quote & Issue System (Travis).

Where to find this

1. Login to the Travelers Portal - you can use the link: https://signin.travelers.com/
2. The Producer codes are also viewable in the dropdown on the left side of the page. This is in case an Agency/Agent has multiple Producer codes (see image below).
