USLI - Find direct appointment information

For USLI to recognize that a submission belongs to you, you need to provide the following information in the USLI Broker Code Submission form:

• Customer LoginID- This is a unique username set up by USLI to quote digitally through their API
• Customer Password - This is a unique password set up by USLI to quote digitally through their API
• Agency ID - This is your AgencyId assigned by USLI to identify your agency during quoting. This is usually a numeric Id between 1-4 digits. Eg: 2852

In order to obtain the above details you need to contact USLI directly. Once you obtain these details and provide them to us we can add the broker code to our system
