Westchester E&S - Find direct appointment information
IMPORTANT: Westchester E&S requires approval before your broker code can be activated. See below for how to submit your information.
What you need
To get set up with Westchester E&S on CoverForce, you will need to provide the following information:
- Producer Code: Your producer code on file with Westchester E&S. This is used by Westchester internally during the approval process and is not sent through the API.
- Contract Number (aka Selected Binding Authority): The binding authority code assigned to your agency by Westchester Surplus. Eg: WS-123456.
Note:
- Once your information is submitted, CoverForce will manage the approval process with Westchester on your behalf. Upon approval, Westchester will issue a Client App ID, which CoverForce will use to complete your broker code setup. You do not need to enter anything into the platform — we'll take care of it once we have everything back from the carrier.
How to submit your information
You have two options:
- Submit via the platform — In the CoverForce Agent Portal, click the link for Westchester E&S under Settings > Broker Configuration to access the Broker Code Approval Form and submit your information directly.
