How to download a editable, pre-filled ACORD form to take with you!
Whether you have pre-filled your application with an existing ACORD form, or have started a fresh quote, your platform allows you the ability to download an ACORD form that then becomes editable.
As you proceed through your quote, the information is being saved, to be placed on an ACORD form of your choosing. This feature is located in the bottom left corner of your quote screen, right above the Document Center.
When selected, choose from the available options what form(s) you would like to download. Depending on the number chosen, downloading your ACORD forms will take between 3-5 minutes, and will either download directly to your browser, or will be emailed to the user as a zip file.
Typical information included will be:
- General client information
- Location and building information
- Building coverage and business personal property
- Payroll and employee types
Upon receipt, you can load this into your Adobe Acrobat, Lumin .PDF editor, or whatever .PDF editor your agency uses, and can further fill in information from there.
If you have difficulty being able to edit these ACORD forms, first make sure your Acrobat or other tool is fully up to date. If it is, and the issues persists, please email support@coverforce.com.
